Tyrol and Bavaria along Mozart’s Cycle Track

Mozart’s Cycle Track, or Mozart-Radweg, is a journey of 450 kilometers from Tyrol to Bavaria. The itinerary leads to the discovery of the places where the great composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart lived and imagined his music.

Following the signposts and directions along the route is really impossible to get lost. You almost always pedal on secondary roads where traffic is virtually non-existent. The bottom is dirty in some stretches, but paved for most of the itinerary: the ideal one for tackle is a durable bicycle for tourism.

The route begins in Salzburg, the hometown of Mozart, and then winds up between the Salzach and Inn rivers to Rosenheim. The cycle path allows you to visit many of Germany’s beautiful and pleasant towns. There are also several natural sites, museums and archaeological sites nearby.
