Tips for a bicycle trip

A premise is essential: there is no rule on what to bring on trip. Whether alone or in company, every trip, even on a bicycle, is a private matter, so even more private is the choice of what we think is necessary and /or indispensable to ensure our comfort.

The only line to follow is lightness, geared not so much to the maniacal quest for super sophisticated equipment but rather in the amount of stuff with which fill bags and backpacks. Those with no previous experiences tend to bring more than necessary in particular with regard to clothing.

As for personal hygiene: a Marseille soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. I assure you that they are more than enough and if you really have a romantic date you go into a supermarket and buy what you think is your trump card.

Particular attention should be paid to the mechanical part of your bicycle. Before you leave, learn as far as possible to disassemble it all with the set of tools you have decided to take with you. Familiarize with the change of brake pads or brake track, wires; with the repairs not only of the air chambers, but also of the tyres.
