Cyclotourism in the Amalfi Coast – the routes

Statale 163 Amalfitana: 49 km
This is the main road of the Amalfi Coast from Vietri sul Mare to nearly Sorrento.
The route, however, starts at Amalfi, avoiding the first km, the busiest stretch of the road.
It is a simple itinerary for pedaling even for the less trained.

Anello di Agerola: 57 km
The route is developed towards the rural village of Agerola from which you can admire the panorama of the Amalfi Coast from above. Along the itinerary you will find some climbs, which are also quite demanding, so you need experience and technique. You cross by bike the Campaigns of Conca dei Marini and Furore to the historic center of Agerola.

Valico di Chiunzi: 46 km
This ring route allows you to avoid traffic and the crowd of the waterfront without however depriving yourself of breathtaking views and landscapes.
Once you arrive at the Chiunzi Valley, on the mountains just a few miles from the coast, you can admire the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
The route also leads to the historic center of Ravello, one of the most beautiful places in the area.
