Cyclist diet: how to reduce fats in cooking

If we want to keep fit or lose weight with the bicycle, pedal activity must always be supported by a healthy diet of low fat.
We see some advice to reduce the amount of fat we normally use in the kitchen. To cook healthier dishes, without giving up taste, just follow some simple rules:

1) Use fats in small quantities
To make a tasty dish does not matter to exaggerate with fat. To reduce the amount of oil, try to use the spray bottles (avoid the waste) or replace it with onions, garlic or spices. Alternatively I give the oil with a teaspoon for each dish.

2) Use non-stick fryers
This type of frying pan allows cooking without the addition of fat such as oil and butter.

3) Cook in foil paper
What you need is just foil paper and oven, no fat added. The fish is well cooked with this technique, it’s fine for lunch and dinner for up to three servings a week.

4) Use paper foil
Coating the pan with baking paper is an alternative method to butter or oil.

5) Use lemon juice and vinegar
Oil is not essential to seasoning salads, try using vinegar or lemon juice – they also help digestion.

6) Use dark oils
If you just can’t say no to a drop of oil in the dish, treat the dishes with dark oils like pumpkin seed oil. It is very tasty and has less calories than the traditional one.
